Retrieving the scouting configuration for a given run

The Scouting Function Manager writes the configuration data it applied for a given run to the Run Info DB. These data can be retrieved either directly from the RunInfoServlet (when connected to the P5 network), or from OMS.

While the access with OMS is generally more convenient, there is currently a limitation on the length of the data in an individual cell that can be displayed in OMS. As a consequence, the scouting menu is usually truncated in OMS.
